John Blake
Operations MGR & Sales

As the owner of OSL, Inc., John began mowing lawns for clients in 1992, while also being a full time student at Ohio Dominican University. A 1995 graduate with a BA in Business Administration and a Minor in Political Science, John was also a four year starter, team captain, and all-league recipient for ODU men’s soccer team. Besides being the Operations Manager, John also oversees the Fertilization & Lawn Care division for OSL, Inc. Each winter John participates in the annual Ohio Turfgrass Foundation Conference with week long education and re-certification classes. John currently lives in Clintonville with his wife Chrissy, and their two sons Connor and Dillon.

Seth Ellis
Mowing Foreman

Seth has returned to Outdoor Sensations Landscape, Inc. after a one year absence back home in Piqua, Ohio. Seth began working for Outdoor Sensations Landscape, Inc. in 2005 and quickly earned the respect of his clients and fellow employees with his professionalism, commitment to customer service and quality work. Seth's experience and dedication to customer service makes him an important asset to our company. Seth is a huge Ohio State Buckeye Football fan and when able, he also enjoys golfing with his friends.

James Perkins
Landscape Division

James Perkins is originally from Felicity, Ohio, and has been with Outdoor Sensations since 2005. James helps out in our production and maintenance crews and his leadership and work ethic help ensure our jobs turn out beautiful. James’s commitment to customer service has made him a favorite among our clients.

Alex Sanchez
Landscape Foreman

Alex is originally from Mexico, and has earned his citizenship and has been working for Outdoor Sensations Landscape, Inc. since 2004. Alex and his crew take the time to make sure all landscaping jobs look excellent. Alex enjoys fishing and spending time with his fiancée in his free time.

Theo Gover
Landscape Division

Theo Gover joined OSL, Inc., in spring of 2007. Originally from Piqua, Ohio, Theo now attends The Ohio State University and helps out our landscaping crews. Theo brings excellent customer service skills, along with his extensive landscaping background, helping provide our clients with superior results. Theo enjoys the outdoors and is a starter for the Panther FC soccer club in the Columbus Premier Soccer League on the weekends.
